Star Card

Here is a star card I made with a pattern from papercraftplanet. I love the shape of this card and that the top is where it opens.

It is really hard to get a good picture of my parents. They both don't like there picture taken and make faces. The bottom photo is on of my favorites. This was a day out at the park and they were sitting on some drift wood.

Wow I am loving the weather, we are having amazingly warm weather! It is in the high 70's to 80's for the past week. It is really hard to come inside and play on the computer! I will post some more layouts that I have done on saturday, Time to play outside with my dogs!

Maggie

Here is another Layout of Maggie, my 3yr old pug. This is a lo for myscrapbooknook challenge that is going on for 5 weeks. we are into week 2 and I have only missed one challenge! Yeah for me.

Cool kids

Here is a layout I did for myscrapbooknook Scrapoff. These are some of our daycare boys. Their fathers will get a cool picture of them for father's Day.

Gift card holder

Here is a gift card holder I made for the challenge over at myscrapbooknook.com. I used the top note die cut for the big shot! The top layer is acrylic.

ME LO!

This is a layout of me! It is the first one I have ever done. The Journaling says"I love my 3 adorable dogs, family, crafting, the color pink, the ocean, reading, blogging, camping, long car trips, skiing, laughing, funny movies and TV shows, our family cabin, and spending time with friends. This was for the contest over at the Scrapbook Nook.

Tulip Time!

Here is my layout for the Scrapoff challenge over at the Scrapbook Nook. The challenge was to use the same photo at least 2x. I absolutely love this picture of Jerilyn, Roy, (holding Bailee) and Katie. I wanted to get a picture of bailee in the Tulip fields but he was scared of them! He is 1 or 2 in the picture. Katie is wearing my pullover hoodie it just makes teh pic. I cut Katie out and poped her off the page.

Another Card Holder

Here is another card holder and 3 cards with envelopes to match! I love making these and they are great birthday presents! This set is going to a friend for her birtday that is today! So enjoy!

1st Challeng LO

This lo is for a blog challenge over at http://scrappersblockchallengeblog.blogspot.com. It is a new challenge blog and the challenge was to use no patterned paper! Not an easy accomplishment for me. My subject is adorable so I am ok with it. The digi kit I used was from the Spring Sampler by Sharon Carol. It is a great digi kit. The trees are from the kit Raspberry treats 1 by Raspberry Roads Designs. Thanks for taking a peek!

Owls

I am starting to love the owls of the crafting world! Here is my first owl card. The owl and branch are chipboard, the flower is a rub-on.

Gift Card holder

This is a fun project I did at SU regionals and have made some with my club as well. It is pretty easy to do. The vanilla paper is cut 9 3/4" x 6". length wise score at 4 3/4" and then again at 5". rotate 90 degrees and score at 2 1/2". This will make the pocket for the gift cards to fit into. Card size is 4" x2 3/4.

This is a pouch that you can put goodies in using the simple flower diecut/embosslit.
