Kids do the darndest things!

Let me start my story by saying that I work at a daycare. I took one of the boys (2yrs old) to the bathroom and went to catch the phone. ( he was supposed to take off his pants and pullup) I grabbed the phone and as I was answering it was on my way back to the bathroom...well of course the call was a hangup so I look in the bathroom and the little boy had the small toilet seat that the girls use on his head pointing to it saying "Queen" with the biggest smile on his face. Q qwa Queen is one of the phonics flash cards that we do every day. He was so proud of himself for knowing Q is Queen. If I was not grossed out about the toilet seat on his head I would have snapped a picture. It was soooo hard not to roflmbo. I did reassure him that Q is Queen but we do not put toilet seats on our head. Kids are to funny!

Torn Edges

These are digital pages also! The digital kit designer is Ronna Penner and is called expressyourself. I used a new technique (to me) itis the torn edges. It is not all that hard. thanks for looking!

Digital Scrapbooking!

This is my first attempt at Digital Scrapbooking and I am quite happy with it. The picture was taken last summer of Crissy (my sister in-law/friend) was just hanging out in the backyard, my Dad handed her the rose and I got this picture. The digi kit that I used was free from ShabbyPricess.com it is called the Promise. I love the kit is is really girly cute!

Sweet Stems

This card was made with SU paper Raspberry Tart and the stamp set Sweet stems. The card was not behaving the day I took the picture, it would not lay down flat at all, so I had to take it at an angle.

Taknig Care of Business

This is a with list bookmark for the new SU Catalog, I gave to my club members along with their new catalogs! Taking care of business was the stamp set used.

This is the candy topper for a chocolate swap my mom was in, We {wink wink} made it using the stamp set Happy heart day and Raspberry Tart paper, glitter, scalloped edges were all made with SU.

candy bar for the chocolate swap. Ireally love how this turned out. We had to add something to do with chocolate so the brown flower is made with chocolate scented embossing powder! It smells really yumy!

Candy pouch

This isa little pouch you can put candy or a teabag into. I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. I made it with my stampers 10 club.

Good Friend

This is a card I made because I love the new scallop punch by SU! the stems are from the birds feet in stamp set Good Friends. the new eyelet border is my new favorite punch! I love the scalloped look so add eyelets and you got me hooked! Ok anything glittery is great too.

Happy heart day

This was for a swap my mom was in it was a Chocolate Swap. We had to swap milk chocolate so this is the bag we load the yummy chocolate in. I made 4 of these for my mom. We put a hershey's chocolate bar and a sack of kisses and chocolate covered pretzels in each bag. I love this Valentines stamp set by SU.
